The Witness

Eminence — At the beginning of your upkeep,
if The Witness is in the command zone or on
the battlefield, you get a final shape counter.

When The Witness enters, pay any amount of final shape counters. You draw X cards and gain twice X life, where X is the amount of counters paid this way. Each opponent sacrifices X creatures and loses half X life, rounded up.
