The Xiangliu

The Xiangliu enters with nine +1/+1 counters on it.

When The Xiangliu enters, target opponent sacrifices X nonland permanents. For each noncreature permanent sacrificed this way you create a tapped Treasure token. For each creature permanent sacrificed this way, put an additional +1/+1 counter on this creature.
