Throne of Lost Lineage

Begin the game with Throne of Lost Lineage on the battlefield. You cannot cast spells as long as your commander is in the command zone.
If your commander would be put into the command zone from anywhere and you control a creature, instead choose a creature you own on the battlefield. That creature becomes legendary if it isn't legendary and becomes your commander. Put that creature into your command zone. (Command tax resets.)
