Tidal Discovery

At the beginning of your upkeep, you may name a card other than a basic land card. If you do, shuffle your library and reveal the top card of your library. If it is the named card, sacrifice Tidal Discovery and search your library for a card, and put it into your hand. Shuffle your library afterwards.
