Time Machine

When Time Machine enters the battlefield, note all permanents each player controls and the number off cards in each hand.
Sacrifice this Artifact: Return to the battlefield each permanent which was noted and sacrifice the rest. Then each player draws cards until they have exactly the number of cards, which was noted previously.
