Timic Spellfire is a cursed Gnome who messed with the wrong celestial. He occasionally is able to move, but only one day every year.
While you have Timic Spellfire in your possession he occasionally speaks to you in an uncomprehendable language. You also gain advantage on Blacksmith and Tinker checks.
