Exile an instant card from your hand: Until end of turn, you may cast up to one nonland noninstant spell from your hand as though it had flash if its converted mana cost is less than the exiled instant card's converted mana cost. If that spell would become a permanent, put an illusion counter on it. It has "When this permanent becomes the target of a spell, sacrifice it." Activate this ability only once each turn.
