Whenever a bird creature you control deals combat damage to a player, that player gets a peck counter. Creatures can't attack you unless their controller pays X for each creature that's attacking you, where X is the number of peck counters that player has.
Whenever a creature an opponent controls deals combat damage to one of your opponents, create a 1/1 blue bird creature token with flying.
