This can only be cast if you or another player controls Dimension Ring and Portal Ring. When this artifact enters the battlefield destroy all permanents named Dimension Ring or Portal Ring
{t} Add {5} to your mana pool, choose target permanent, if that permanent was a planeswalker, add 5 loyalty counters to it, if it was a creature, add 10 +1/+1 counters to it, if it was an enchantment or artifact, exile it.
