Ulysses's Slitherer

When Ulysses's Slitherer enters the battlefield,
enchant target creature an opponent controls.
At the start of each turn, put a -0/-1 counter on enchanted creature. Additionally, any spell or
ability that would target Ulysses's Slitherer
targets the enchanted creature as well.
If the enchanted creature dies, return Ulysses's Slitherer to its owner's hand.
