Unstable Utopia

Unstable Utopia enters the battlefield tapped with a utopia counter on it.
When Unstable Uptopia enters the battlefield, choose two basic land types. As long as Unstable Utopia has a utopia counter on it, it is each of the chosen land types.
{t}: Remove a utopia counter from Unstable Utopia and add two mana of any color combination to your mana pool. If you can't, add {c} to your mana pool instead.
