Upgrade

At the beginning of each upkeep, you may target an artifact. That artifact becomes a creature with a power and toughness equal to the number of +1/+1 counters on Upgrade.

Every time an artifact enters the battlefield, leaves
the battlefield, or becomes the target of a spell; put a +1/+1 counter on Upgrade.
