When Vaug, Hound of Hell's Deep enters the battlefield, it deals 3 damage to each other creature.
If a creature would be dealt damage that would reduce their toughness to less than zero, deal damage to that creature so that it's toughness reaches zero, then deal twice the remaining damage to target opponent instead.
