Whenever a planeswalker enters the battlefield
under your control you may move any number of loyalty counters from Vayni to that planeswalker.
If you cast an instant or sorcery you may remove a loyalty counter from Vayni, shuffle it into your library, then exile the top card of your library, you
may cast it this turn.
