When Veil of the Raveler enters the battlefield all creatures and planeswalkers phases out,
until Veil of the Raveler leaves the battlefield.
During your upkeep any opponent may pay {3} to exile Veil of the Raveler. If they do, you may search your library for a card named "Teferi, Time Raveler" and put that card into your hand. Then shuffle your library.
