Velkani Device enters the battlefield with seven countdown counters on it.
Whenever a player casts a spell, remove a countdown counter from Velkani Device.
Whenever Velkani Device has no countdown counters on it or if it would leave the battlefield, exile all permanents, all spells, and all cards in all other zones, then end the game.
