At the beginning of your upkeep, if you have 3 or more Corruption counters, put a +1/+1 counter on each creature you control. Then, if you have 5 or more Corruption counters, creatures you control gain deathtouch and menace.

Whenever you gain life, each opponent loses that much life and you gain that many Corruption counters.
