Vigor Echo

When Vigor Echo enters the battlefield,
name target creature you control. When
that creature leaves the battlefield, move
it's +1/+1 counters onto Vigor Echo. When
that creature reenters the battlefield, move
all +1/+1 counters from Vigor Echo onto it, then exile Vigor Echo.
