Whenever Viktor attacks an opponent, you
may sacrifice another nontoken artifact. If you
do, mill X cards, where X is the mana value of
the sacrificed artifact. Until the end of combat,
you may play noncreature artifact spells from
your graveyard. Artifacts played this way
become 3/3 Construct artifact creatures that
are tapped and attacking, in addition to their
other types and abilities.
