Basic lands gain "{t}: Add {c}" and "{t}: Create a Scrap artifact token".
{2}: Mutate target artifact you control onto Voltron Salvager, except it has all names of all cards mutated with it.
{2}{c}: Target artifact with no text box becomes a copy of a differently named artifact on the battlefield in addition to its other types until end of turn.
