Artifacts you control have "Mutate {r}X", where
X is its mana cost minus {3} but it must mutate
onto another artifact or artifact creature.

Whenever an artifact you control leaves the battlefield, create a Junk token. If you already control a Junk token, create a Scrap token instead.
