War of Reckoning

Destroy all creatures all player control. Each player puts a number of red enchantment tokens of passion onto the battlefield equal
to the number of creatures they controlled
that were destroyed this way.
The Alethi High princes called it the 'Vengeance Pact'. The Parshedi called it genocide.
