War Preparations

At the beginning of your end step, if you lost no life this turn, put a preparation counter on War Preparations for each creature you control.
Whenever you take combat damage, War Preparations deals X damage to target player, where X is the number of Preparation counters on War Preparations. Remove all counters from War Preparations.
The best defense is the best offence.
