When Wasteland Scouts enter the battlefield, if {g} was spent to cast it, put 2 +1/1 counters on target creature you control. If {b} was spent to cast it, put 2 -1/1 counters on target creature you don't control. If {w} was spent to cast it, gain 1 life for each creature you control.
Scouts during the Amonkhet era were very useful for the clans, as they were already used to the arid enviroment of the wasteland.
