Weaponised Singularity

At the beginning of each end step, choose a card
type that hasn't been chosen (the card types are artifact, creature, enchantment, instant, land, planeswalker, sorcery, and tribal.) Exile each other permanent of that card type. When the last card
type is chosen, exile weaponized singularity.
Players can't play cards of the chosen types.
