Winter is Coming

When Winter is Coming enters the battlefield tap
up to two target creatures, those creatures don't untap during their controller's next untap step.

Whenever a creature attacks you, if you control eight or more snow lands, that creature gets -1/-1 until end of turn unless that player pays {2}.
