Whenever you cast an instant or sorcery spell that targets a permanent you control, copy that spell for each other permanent you control that the spell could target. Each copy targets a different one of those creatures.
If you would gain life, you gain twice that much life instead.
Whenever any number of smog counters are placed on permanents you control, remove them and gain 2 life for each counter removed this way.
