Worldsculptor Rings

Whenever a land enters the battlefield under
your control, exile the top card of your library.
You may play lands any time you could cast an instant and you may play lands during your
opponents' turns (you may still only play one land
per turn).
You may play land cards that you own in exile,
but not from anywhere else.
