Once per battle, at the start of your hero phase, the bearer can use this artifact. If they do so, the bearer cannot move until your next hero phase. However, until your next hero phase, add 1 to wound rolls for attacks made by friendly Free Peoples units that are wholly within 12" of the bearer.
