Whenever a player casts their first spell each turn, put a fury counter on Aneya the Tormentor
{u}{r}, Remove a fury counter from Aneya the Tormentor: Gain control of target spell with converted mana cost X or less, where x is the number of fury counters on Aneya the Tormentor. That spells owner may pay any combination of X mana and/or life to counter this ability.
