Er'kred, Realm Shaper

At the beginning of your upkeep or whenever Er'kred, Realm shaper, deals combat damage to an opponent, target land becomes the basic land type of your choice. That land gains a realm counter.
Whenever a land with a realm counter on it becomes tapped, that land deals 1 damage to it's controller, or that player may deal 1 damage to target player who does not control or have Er'kred, Realm Shaper in their command zone
