As an action you may activate this tattoo for one minute, and must concentrate as if concentrating on a spell. When you do so you may use your bonus action to activate one of the following effects. Once you have used this tattoo you cannot do so again until you have finished a Long Rest.

•Harmony - Each creature that can hear you within 30ft regains 1d6 hit points.

•Dissonance - Each creature that can hear you within 30ft take 1d6 psychic damage.
