Ring of Transtemporal Travel

As an action you can activate the ring, causing time to flow through you more rapidly than your surroundings. When you do so you gain the benefits of a Short Rest, however you may only roll a number of Hit Dice up to your proficiency modifier when you do so.

After using the ring you may not do so again until you finish a Long Rest.

Beware overuse of this ring may cause accelerated aging, and destabilize your own temporal state.
